It Started the Day I Became a Mom.

I used to think I was doing everything right. I cooked most of our meals at home. I bought mostly organic. I kept a clean house. Then I had my baby — and everything changed.

I started looking at our home differently. The non-stick pans I cooked in every day. The candles I burned every evening. The laundry detergent our clothes were washed in. The water coming out of our tap. What I found genuinely surprised me.

The products I’d trusted for years contained ingredients I wouldn’t have chosen if I’d known they were there. So I started making changes — slowly, intentionally, one swap at a time.

But as I went deeper into the non-toxic living world I noticed something frustrating. Most content felt fear-based and overwhelming. Products that were safer but ugly. I wanted something different — a resource that felt like flipping through a gorgeous magazine except everything in it was actually safe.

I couldn’t find it. So I built it.

Linen & Luster exists for the woman who wants the beautiful home and the safe one. Every product I recommend has been personally researched and vetted. This isn’t about fear. It’s about making better choices, gradually and intentionally, in a way that actually sticks.
